When purchasing a product from the Lussobaby website we will request information from you through the Checkout process. In order to proceed with your purchase, you will be required to provide us with your contact information (name and full shipping address), credit card number, expiration date and the billing address associated with the credit card. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your purchase. If we have trouble processing your purchase, we will use this information to contact you.
If your purchase has already been processed, you will need to refer to the Returns & Exchanges Policy under CUSTOMER CARE. Please send all order changes or requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any changes must be received within 24 hours. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Payment must be made in-full prior to shipping. We accept VISA and MasterCard. VISA DEBIT cannot be processed for online orders. We cannot accept VISA or MasterCard for international purchases unless the cards are North American as international banks do not allow us to verify the credit card information which puts our business and our customers at risk of fraudulent purchases.
You will only be contacted if there are any issues with your purchase which can include (but are not limited to): out of stock items, back orders, shipping charges and/or contact information errors. If there are no issues with your order your order will be 'accepted'. You will receive an email from email@example.com confirming your purchase has been made, your credit card has been charged and when your order will be shipped.
