In 1986 the company Stefania Shoes – active in the manifacture of children's shoes market since 1970 – became Stefcom SpA, setting up commercial activity alongside production with a licence for the Snoopy trademark.
In 1992 came the Lelli Kelly trademark and in 1993, Bull Boys, destined to revolutionise the Italian children's footwear market. Stefcom, thanks to its careful market research and consumer-focused strategies, soon became market leader in children’s footwear.
The following years saw the Lelli Kelly and Bull Boys trademarks expand into a number of European countries. The Company has various active patents resulting from detailed studies of the market and the product.
In 2004, the Lelli Kelly trademark crossed European boundaries and arrived in the USA with ATSCO FOOTWEAR LLC and in THAILAND with a licence contract with J.D. FEMININE CO. LTD.
In 2005, in recognition of this progress, Stefcom SpA changed its name to Lelli Kelly SpA.
