They are a mama-made (not factory made!) independent cottage industry located in Victoria British Columbia, Canada. When you purchase from this website, you are supporting our small company directly. All products sold by Lusso are warrantied by their manufacturer against material or construction defects for a limited time after purchase. This warranty information can be found on the product's page on our sites or will be bundled with the product itself when ordered. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment.

Express shipping is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days after the order has shipped. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.

A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address.

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
