The bamboo viscose fiber in all Bamboobino products are Oeko-Tex 100 certified, and is made from OCIA & USDA-certified organically grown bamboo. The organic cotton in Bamboobino products is also OCIA-certified. All of their products are made in Vancouver, or sourced through local companies, and we use local suppliers whenever possible. Bamboobino embraces triple bottom line (people, planet, profit) practices and knows there is always room for improvement.

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment.

Express shipping is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days after the order has shipped. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.

A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address.

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
