BabyHuman was founded by Kimberly Kirkup, a single working parent (and 20 year military veteran) of an autistic son, Ethan. When she designs a product she tries to incorporate certain key points: 1. Combining smart design with function—the product actually does what it is intended to do. 2. Can be used universally by all children whether they have a special need or attain their milestones within given standardized timeframes. So even though our products look different from the mainstream, we are actually targeting our appeal to infants and children not the parent because -- Who is using the products anyway???

All products sold by Lusso are warrantied by their manufacturer against material or construction defects for a limited time after purchase. This warranty information can be found on the product's page on our sites or will be bundled with the product itself when ordered. The time span of the warranty will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; as the original owner of a new product from Lusso you can expect coverage ranging from months, years, or even lifetime of the product. In case of missing or damaged parts falling within the warranty period, please refer to your warranty documentation. In some cases you may be able to contact the manufacturer directly for expedited service or shipping.

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment.

Express shipping is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3-5 business days after the order has shipped. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm.

A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address.

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
